I wanted to make a soup bowls,
sized slightly larger than the regular Japanese rice bowl,
a bowl that would fit large chunks of veggies,
like winter melon, radishes with chunks of meat,
a soup served as main dish,
an oriental, down to earth kind of soup.
ご飯茶碗よりやや大きめの鉢が作りたかった。
具沢山のスープ、大きめの具がゴロゴロ入っているような、
大きくカットされた冬瓜、大根、骨つきの肉などを無造作に盛り付けられる感じのを。
The shapes of these bowls are crooked.
If you don’t like crooked bowls, I strongly do not recommend these.
I you are the type that like something different, these are definitely one of a kind.
このボールの形はイビツです。
丸い様で丸くなく、ふにゃりとしています。
ちゃんとした物を好まれる方はおすすめ出来ませんが、
人とちょっと違うものを好まれる方には楽しんで使っていただけるでしょう。
